Millions in Email Offers.
If you are like me you’ve trashed your
share of emails promising Millions of dollars. Of course you know it’s a
scam and would never reply.
At least that’s what I thought until I
meet Homer Simpleton, a retired Plant Operator who’s currently a part
time aluminum can collector.
He was panhandling for spare change
near a Krispy Kreme Donuts ATM. “Since I clicked my way to Millions I
only work part time” Homer said.
It seems Mr. Simpleton was just stupid
enough to reply to an emails normal people would delete. Homer was eager
to show me his millions. In fact he asked me if I might know where he
could cash a million dollar bill?
Unable to cash the bills, Homer was
forced to collect cans part time. Homer explained how he received two
million dollars after depositing only $750.00 cash into a foreign bank,
just like the email had instructed.
Leaving Mr. Simpleton with some spare
change and half a donut I learned an important lesson.
