PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA - Traveling at a high rate of speed, a
wave of salami slammed into several small businesses Monday during rush hour traffic.Several witnesses watch in horror as a
Boar's Head Meat truck swerved to miss an approaching Tyson Chicken
truck.
One witness described the accident as "pure poultry in motion, well,
until the wave of salami smashed everything into the ground
hamburger".
Another witness described the salami as the biggest she had ever
encountered.
Dazed and confused she mistakenly referred to the occurrence as a
'two salami' wave.
Fortunately no one was injured and nearby resident rednecks quickly
ignited their Bar-b-Qs and other smoking materials and started one
awesome block party as they got their meats smoked.
This reporter had a chance to taste one of the smoked
salami/chicken burgers and, to be quite honest, it tasted like
chicken.
Charges are pending against both truck drivers for their failure to
control their meat in public. |
