To get The BF2 Veteran Re-Supply Badge:

The Battlefield 2 Player 1st needs 15 hours as a Support Soldier and the Basic Re-supply Badge.

After meeting these initial requirements the Support Soldier will need
10 ammo giving points in a single round of Battlefield 2 online game play using an official ranked server.
