To get The BF2 Expert Aviator Badge:

The Battlefield 2 Player 1st needs 300 hours in an Aircraft and the Veteran Aviator Badge.

After meeting these initial requirements the BF2 Soldier will need
24 Kills while in an Aircraft during a single round of Battlefield 2 online game play using an official ranked server.
