To get The BF2 Expert Air Defense Badge:

The Battlefield 2 Player 1st needs 100 hours on Air Defense and the Veteran Air Defense Badge.

After meeting these initial requirements the BF2 Soldier will need
24 Kills while on Air Defense during a single round of Battlefield 2 online game play using an official ranked server.
