A disturbing trend is emerging where more and more businesses are
forcing the consumer to do-it-himself. Nowhere is this more evident
than in the world of satire/parody websites. According to one spoof
news source editor who wishes to remain annoyingmous, this is the
"New Deal Shocker." More and more humor websites are inviting their
readers to write for them. Often, little or no compensation is
provided to the contributors.
The readers
usually visit the links that may be associated with a particular
story or web page. But with rising energy costs,
web surfers are curtailing their pointer miles. This often puts the
site editor in an awkward situation and he has to do other things
for income, such as collecting soda cans for recycling. The editor
of JBN, recently came under an attack when his primary supply vendor
turned the table on him. But fortunately,
there may be a light at
the end of the tunnel. If Chas Laser can sell enough franchises for
his domestically mandated "Ultimatum" restaurant, then he may be
able to keep his pyramid modeled business schemes afloat. Be sure an watch for a neighborhood Fix It Your Damn Self Restaurant
and Grill opening in your neck of the woods!

Represented in it's original form. We didn't want to retype it.
Chas
Laser credits his wife for the inspiration behind his franchise
restaurant concept. |
