“No New Nukes” protesters are changing their minds and showing
support for
the new “Mo New Nukes” movement.
The U.S. Nuclear Construction Industry
was presumed dead. It is anything but. If oil prices stay high, if
people worry about carbon dioxide causing global warming, if the
Middle East stays violent, nuclear power generation stands a good chance of
making a huge comeback in this country.
It's the New Clear choice for
excessive energy consumers everywhere. Today the radioactive waste produced from
nuclear power generation doesn't seem near as bad as the thought of
not being able to drive your Hummer or SUV.
Speculation exists on whether the moon will become the next nuclear
power radiation waste dump. However, the good news is maybe then the
moon will really look like it's made of
green cheese.
