report from a JBN street reporter from New York with the latest
scoop on the pale male story.
Report from autonomous
street reporter:
The Hawk’s nest is being replaced by the owners with
an architecturally designed aerie.
Red Tail nests follow a
strict building code, plus that part of town is zoned as Upper East
Side.
If it weren't for rent control, the hawks couldn't afford it. Donald
Trump has been trying to get his hands on that sweet perch for
years.
But as you know, since perches are so scarce, the Dolphins are now
having a rotten season. Anyway, that's the skinny that I heard.
