Florida Students Catch FCAT Scratch Fever.An outbreak of FCAT Scratch Fever affected Florida public school students last week and raised many questions and uncertainties. Florida's Comprehensive Assessment Test takers were stumped for answers and the best most could do was scratch their head and hope that Florida's Governor will put a stop to this epidemic. The Governor feels more studies are required to quell future outbreaks of FCAT scratch fever. Some experts believe FCAT Scratch Fever will run its course this year and in the future will be a thing of the past.
